AHEIA Non Member Registration - AHEIA Conference 16 - 17 May, 2024

Instructions (Please read first)

  1. Select 1 ticket from the dropdown menu on the right, then click ‘Register Now’. Ticket price excludes GST, which will be added on the next screen where you can click ‘Confirm’. You will be prompted to login or register on the AHEIA website before proceeding to the registration form to add dietary preferences and confirm attendance at included activities before clicking ‘Continue to Payment’.
  2. You will be redirected to a payment page where you can either download an invoice to send to your accounts department or pay immediately via credit card.A confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Please note that by registering, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

Terms and Conditions


Payment Policy

Payment must be made at the time of registration for the conference. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is added to the registration at the time of confirmation and payment and is listed separately on the provided invoice.


Conference and Cancellation Policy

Please note that registration places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly ‘first in’ payment basis. In the event that no space is available, you will be notified immediately.

Any cancellation made on or after 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 15 April 2024 will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the registration fee. The full registration fee will be forfeited if cancellation is advised less than 10 working days prior to the conference. Substitution(s) may be made at any time in writing.


Privacy Policy

Information provided by delegates in registering for this conference will be used by AHEIA to process registrations or enquiries and keep delegates informed of conference details. Delegate information will be treated confidentially. A ‘Participant List’, including name, title, organisational and contact details will be distributed to participants and corporate sponsors during the conference event for the purpose of professional networking. NOTE: If you do not wish to have your details included in the ‘Participant List’, please tick the appropriate box on the Registration Form. 


Additional Information for International Conference Delegates

If you are planning a holiday visit or a short business trip to Australia, you will need to apply for either a visa or an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority). For further information on Australian visa applications, please refer to the Department of Home Affairs website. Alternatively, please contact your nearest Australian visa office for further options.
