Enhanced user interface

  • Our redesigned interface allows you to navigate through different areas of data easily, allowing you to dive deep into each of the areas you are interested in.
  • The dashboard speaks interactivity! You will be able to hover over the graphs to see detailed information related to each data points. You can also specify the employee group that you would like to view by changing you filter selection on the selection panel.
  • Don't worry if you are not a data expert. We have designed the dashboard accessible to everyone and you will be able to understand the graphs easily.

AI-powered chatbot (exclusive to premium membership users)

  • All members will have access to the AI-Powered Chatbot in mid-2025 so you can try it out!
  • This is available as an optional feature in 2026, additional fees apply.
  • AHEIA UniAnalytics offers an AI-powered chatbot for customised data queries. You can ask the AI any question related to AHEIA UniAnalytics data related to your university.

Safer and more convenient way to access information

  • AHEIA UniAnalytics will be accessible through AHEIA webpage. You will need an AHEIA account to access the report. This helps us keep the data secured.
  • AHEIA webpage will become your one-stop shop to access all information related to the Australian Higher Education sector.

More user access

  • Each university can nominate up to 15 users to access AHEIA UniAnalytics.
  • If you need more than 15 user accesses, feel free to reach out to AHEIA UniAnalytics team for further information.

AHEIA UniAnalytics subscription option for 2025

AHEIA UniAnalytics is available with two subscription tiers, designed to meet your organisation’s unique needs:

Standard Membership

$3,299 per annum (excluding 10% GST) for up to 15 user accesses.

Premium Membership

$4,900 per annum (excluding 10% GST) for up to 15 user accesses.
You will receive all benefits from the standard membership and AI-powered chatbot!

Launch Offer

As part of our launch offer, all members will get complementary access to AHEIA UniAnalytics AI feature* in 2025 as part of your AHEIA UniAnalytics Standard subscription.

History of AHEIA UniAnalytics

2004

Start of HR Benchmarking
AHEIA UniAnalytics, formerly known as HR Benchmarking Program, was initiated by Queensland University of Technology (QUT) back in early 2004. The program aims to establish a highly relevant, low cost and flexible HR Benchmarking program with a high level of university participation. Universities participating in the program are committed to working together to better manage human resources in the higher education sector.

2007

Launch of Universities HR Standards Project
The QUT/Talent2 Workplace Productivity Programme (WPP) project on 'HR Standards in Australian Universities' built a collection of HR Standards for five university HR activity areas, including:

  • Remuneration, benefits and recognition
  • Workforce planning
  • Attraction and selection
  • Performance management
2008

Launch of HRB online database system
The HRB online database system was launched. Data entry and submission were conducted through the online database system from 2008.

2012

AHEIA administered HR Benchmarking Program
HR Benchmarking Program were administered by AHEIA. The program is fully transition from QUT infrastructure to AHEIA infrastructure in 2014.

2021

Launch of dashboard report
HR Benchmarking Program launched the PowerBI dashboard in 2021.

2025

Launch of AHEIA UniAnalytics
AHEIA redesigned HR Benchmarking Program, taking into consideration of feedbacks from members, and rebranded as AHEIA UniAnalytics.
