Instructions (please read first)

• Your information will automatically display on the booking form. Need to update something? Complete your booking first, then reply to your confirmation email with any changes needed.
• For larger groups: Combine group and single tickets (e.g., for 7 people, select 1 group booking [4 tickets] + 3 single tickets).
• Please note: You can only include one group booking per transaction. If booking for 8 or more people, you'll need to make multiple bookings.
• Complete your booking: Select your ticket type (single or group booking) and click 'Register Now'. All prices exclude GST. Click 'Confirm' on the next screen, then fill in your dietary requirements and activity preferences. Select 'Continue to Payment' when done.
• Make your payment: Choose to either download an invoice for your accounts department or pay now by credit card. We'll send your confirmation email once completed.
• Early bird closes 5pm AEST 18/4/25.
